Construction Update

Design Update:

Incorporation of Hyatt Design requests have been completed and incorporated within the design of the Project.  Gensler Architects have been retained and started interior design and menu planning for the Restaurant and Bar, It is anticipated that their design will be complete and incorporated in the project during the first quarter of 2016.

Construction Progress:

Lake Washington Boulevard signalization is substantially complete and signals are in operation.

Concrete seismic cores topped out in September and the access elevators have been removed.

Elevated concrete desks started in August, ahead of schedule, to date we have completed the concrete elevated decks for level 2 and are anticipating completion of the level 3 elevated decks in November.  Level 3 is the last of the large podium level decks and we anticipate concrete floor structure every two weeks commencing in December. At this time we are tracking to complete the concrete structure in May of 2016.

Structural steel is continues being fabricated for the Ballroom trusses.  Trusses are scheduled for Delivery in December of this year with installation scheduled for January of 2016.

With the completion of the Level 2 concrete Deck; Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing trades have commenced with installation of utilities at the ground floor.
